Work TEMPS, Inc. was formed in 2009 by Sarah Calhoun Allbritton. After building Medical TEMPS, Inc. to a company of over 400 medical professionals serving the northeast and north central parts of Louisiana, Sarah made the decision to use the company’s strong recruitment and marketing efforts to create a non-medical staffing agency.

Work TEMPS, Inc. provides non-medical work sites with temporary workers. We match the skills and expertise of potential staff with the needs of the work site. We perform intensive employee interviewing, screening, and training to ensure the best fit for customers and employees.

Work TEMPS, Inc. works closely with customers and staff. We excel in successfully fulfilling the customers’ staffing need as well as finding work settings that meet the financial and staffing needs of staff members.

Work TEMPS, Inc. assures their customers that all personal have current Louisiana licensure and/or certification in their respective fields.

Work TEMPS, Inc. requires its medical staff to pass a rigorous application and screening process and are continually monitored by Work TEMPS, Inc. management to ensure on-time arrival to assigned work sites, completion of tasks assigned and correct billing and payment of time worked.

Work TEMPS, Inc.’s service personnel will arrive to each assignment on-time and will be equipped with the knowledge of skills to provide the professional medical services needed.
